We held an exhibition by an Italian photographer, Alessandra Maria Bonanotte in FCCJ [Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan], Yurakucho, Tokyo.

FCCJ is one of the oldest and most prestigious press clubs in the world, in which many domestic and foreign VIPs hold conferences.

Italian photographer Alessandra Maria Bonanotte travels extensively to photograph nature, culture, and people. In recent years she is especially fascinated by Japan, its nature, shrines and temples, festivals, traditional crafts, artists and expert artisans. She is inclined to capture brilliant moments that have been inherited for a long time. In this exhibition, Japanese spirituality captured by Alessandra was expressed in the world of -MEIAN-, Japanese chiaroscuro.

東京・有楽町の日本外国特派員協会（FCCJ）にて、アレッサンドラ・マリア・ボナノッテ写真展「明暗」を開催いたしました。

会場となる日本外国特派員協会（FCCJ）は一般的には「外国人記者クラブ」として知られ、国内外の要人の記者会見が行われる、世界で最も古く権威ある記者クラブのひとつです。

イタリアの写真家アレッサンドラ・マリア・ボナノッテはこれまで世界中の自然と文化、人々を撮影してきました。特に近年は日本に強く魅了され、全国の自然、神社仏閣、祭礼、伝統工芸品、または芸術家、名工を継続して取材しており、人間が長い時間をかけて培い、伝承してきた様々なものの放つ一瞬の輝きを活写、発表しています。本展では、アレッサンドラが捉えた日本の精神性がモノクロームの「明暗」の世界で表現されています。ご来場誠にありがとうございました。
