The glass sculptures by Pavel Trnka, a glass artist from Czech Republic, were exhibited in "5 Rooms Plus" Exhibition of Takasaki Museum of Art.

He combines glasses of various colors into a piece of work. His glass sculptures show us different faces according to the lights that pass through them, shadows generated by them, angles we look them from.

HIRO GALLERY held his exhibition twice including the one in HIRO GALLERY IZUKOGEN.

高崎市美術館のコレクション展「5つの部屋＋」にチェコ出身のガラス作家、パヴェル・トゥルンカのガラス彫刻が展示されました。

パヴェル･トゥルンカは複数の色のガラスをカットし、組み合わせることでひとつの作品を造り上げます。彼の制作するガラス彫刻は、そこを透過する光やそれによって生まれる影、鑑賞者がそれを覗き込む時の角度によって、一瞬一瞬で異なった相貌を見せます。

ヒロ画廊においては、伊豆高原も含めて過去二回の展覧会を開催しています。
